This policy explains what personal information Sai Info Services collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it to describe our actual practices rather than to be exhaustive legal boilerplate. This website is operated by Sai Info Services, an authorised Tata Play channel partner, and is not the official Tata Play website — the data described below is collected by us, not by Tata Play Ltd.
When you submit the booking form, we collect:
Our servers also automatically record the IP address and browser user-agent of the submission, along with which page it came from. We use these only to detect automated and fraudulent submissions — a persistent problem for local service businesses — and not to build any profile of you.
We do not collect payment card details anywhere on this website. Payment is made directly to the technician after installation.
Solely to contact you about the connection you asked for: to confirm your booking, agree an installation time, and arrange a technician visit. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Booking details are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in Google's Mumbai (asia-south1) region, so your information stays within India. Access is restricted to our own systems; the database is not readable by any browser or third party.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
We retain booking records for as long as needed to provide and support your connection, and to meet tax and legal obligations. If you would like your details deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we will remove them where we are not required to keep them.
You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Call 81484 44444 or email hello@dthconnection.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors leave. Analytics cookies are only set in our live environment. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker without affecting your ability to book.
