You need a valid address proof (Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, or utility bill) and one passport-size photograph. Our technician collects these during installation. For porting, you also need your old DTH subscriber ID. No photocopies needed — we capture everything digitally.
Yes, we install Tata Play in apartments, flats, gated communities, and multi-story buildings. For apartments, the dish can be mounted on the building rooftop, balcony railing, or window wall. Our technician carries the appropriate mounting brackets and cable lengths. In gated communities, we coordinate with the security/maintenance team for rooftop access.
Yes, weekend installation is available including Saturdays and Sundays. Our operating hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week, with no extra charges for weekend or evening installations. You can book for any time slot that suits you.
