The entire porting process takes about 1 hour. Our technician brings the new Tata Play HD set-top box, reconnects your existing dish antenna's cable to the new box, and re-aligns the dish to Tata Play's satellite signal (GSAT-30 at 83° East). No new dish installation is needed in most cases, saving you time and cost.
We handle all the paperwork including the porting request form. Your current DTH provider will be notified automatically, and you don't need to separately cancel your old connection.
