Who we are

Sai Info Services is an authorised Tata Play channel partner (partner code 13784) providing new connection bookings, installation and related services across Tamil Nadu. We are an independent dealer. This website is operated by Sai Info Servicesand is not the official Tata Play website. ‘Tata Play’ and all related trademarks belong to Tata Play Ltd; we are not the manufacturer or broadcaster.

Bookings

Submitting the booking form is a request for service, not a completed contract. A booking is confirmed only once our team has spoken to you and agreed an installation slot. We may decline or reschedule a booking where an address is outside our service area, where signal conditions make installation impractical, or where we cannot verify the request.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this website are the amounts payable for the plans described and are inclusive of standard installation. Prices, channel packs and promotional offers are set by Tata Play and can change without notice; the price confirmed to you at the time of booking is the one that applies.

Payment is collected after installation is complete, by cash or UPI, directly to the technician. We never ask for payment card details on this website or over the phone.

Installation

Same-day installation is offered subject to technician availability, the time of booking, and site conditions. Timings quoted on this site are typical rather than guaranteed. Installation requires a suitable line of sight to the satellite; where this is not achievable at your premises, we will tell you before proceeding.

Warranty and support

Set-top boxes and dish equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty. Subscription, channel packs, recharges and account-level support are provided by Tata Play under their own terms. We will help you resolve installation-related issues.

We keep plan and pricing information as accurate as we can, but details can change and errors are possible. Nothing on this website forms a binding offer until confirmed by our team.
