The visit itself takes 30 to 45 minutes for a standard HD connection — mounting the dish, routing the cable, connecting the set-top box and aligning the signal. A Binge+ 4K setup takes 45 to 60 minutes because the box is also connected to your Wi-Fi and your streaming accounts are signed in.
₹2,190 for the one-month HD pack and ₹3,390 for the twelve-month pack, both including the dish antenna, HD set-top box and installation. If you are switching from another operator and already have a working dish, the NON ODU porting offer is ₹2,890. Standard installation is included with your plan and covers up to 8 metres of cable. Additional cable, special mounting or other non-standard requirements may carry a charge, which the technician explains before starting work.
One address proof — Aadhaar card, passport or a recent utility bill — and one passport-size photograph. The technician can collect both at the time of installation, so nothing needs to be submitted in advance.
No. There is no advance payment. You pay the technician by cash or UPI only after the connection is installed, the channels are live and you are satisfied with the picture.
Yes. Our technicians handle rooftop and balcony mounting in apartments, independent houses and gated communities, including buildings around Anna Nagar Main Road.
